Day 3: Holy cramps, Batman! It honestly feels like my uterus is ripping out of me. I feel like each period since going off birth control has gotten worse and worse. That is why I started it in high school because periods were so painful, heavy, and irregular. So I guess it isn't a surprise they have returned that way, but my real question is WHY? My mom had endometriosis and asked my doctors about it when I was first experiencing painful periods. There answer was that there is no way to know for sure right now so just take birth control. this solved the problem for about 14ish years. But you know what you can't do when you are TTC? Yup, birth control is kind of counter productive with that goal in mind. I had asked my nurse about it during the RLP tests and they basically said that they don't recommend surgery for fertility reasons alone, only is the pain inhibits your quality of life. So at this point, I'll just take the pain when it comes and do what I can.

Day 12: Trigger day! I have 3 good follicles. Based on their sizes, the sonographer even said I might have twins! A scary thought, but also exciting. Symptoms have been mostly the same as previous cycles except acne has been added. I have never been one to get bad zits, but I have a face full right now! Maybe it is due to hormones and stress combined.

Day 23: I feel like I am searching for pregnancy signs. Every little pang or pain makes my mind start racing. There is something that I am starting to notice more regularly though and that is pain when having a bowel movement or even passing gas. I'll get cramps that feel like strong period cramps. Sometimes it lasts just 30 seconds, but sometimes it lasts minutes and makes me feel sick. Who knows what is up with that.

Day 29: NEGATIVE. All of those painful and bruise inducing lovenox shots were all for nothing again. I literally have a bruise bigger than my hand on my left side. It is hot and super sensitive. I guess I hit a vessel or something. Literal insult to injury.
