Here we go again! Protocol is exactly the same as last time, only we will be adding estrace which is essentially an estrogen suppository intended to thicken the uterine lining. The doctor thinks this will help prevent the ovulation bleeding while simultaneously ensuring a thick lining for hopefully implantation. Other than having horrible cramps at the beginning, the cycle has started the same way. I have more follicles this time which can improve our odds. On day 13, I did the trigger shot again and started estrace. I woke up the next morning to quite a surprise. Do you know what happens when you put a blue colored suppository "up there?" Yup- blue goo comes out. Awesome- I guess Smurf sex is better than blood! The blue goo certainly is an odd side effect, but the most prevalent is the boob/ nipple pain! They are sensitive and enlarged! They look straight up like Rolos and for someone who is a B cup, that is pretty big! On the plus side, I haven't bled so I guess something is working!
